BOF Capital Inc. is a sponsored entity of Black Opportunity Fund (BOF), a community-led registered Canadian charitable organization, that supports a prosperous, healthy and thriving Black Canada by challenging anti-Black racism.

BOF Capital invests at-risk capital to move economic and social disparity to prosperity and profitability by catalyzing wealth creation through entrepreneurship and homeownership for Black Communities.​

BOF Capital is launching with 2 inaugural funds:

• →  BOF Capital Growth Fund — provides Patient, Friendly & Strategic capital to accelerate growth of Black-led businesses, and
• →  Ourboro-BOF Capital Opportunity Fund — provides capital to create a pathway to homeownership for Black Canadians, through a shared equity model.
