The Fund provides Patient, Friendly & Strategic capital to accelerate growth of Black-led businesses. The Fund's hybrid strategy allows it to make direct investments in Black-led businesses, as well as Fund investments in Black-led Funds.

We seek situations where we can be a significant, value-add minority partner — allowing the entrepreneur to retain control and autonomy of their business.
Target Size of Company
EBITDA $2 million – $15 million
Size of Investment
$5 million to $10 million in flexible capital that suits the needs of the business. Smaller amounts are possible for co-investments.
Founder Driven
What we look for in our founders: Resilience, Conviction, Subject Matter Expertise, and a Track Record of Success.
Industry Focus
While we are industry agnostic, we seek industries with: growth, stability, revenue predictability, attractive margins, fragmented competitor sets, economies of scale, and mission-critical services.
