Ourboro BOF Capital Opportunity Fund
The Fund provides funding to and facilitates homeownership for Black homebuyers that have qualifying income levels for conventional mortgage financing but have insufficient resources for a down payment.
In consideration of the percentage of the down payment covered by the Fund, the Fund will acquire an equity stake in the home’s future appreciation in value.
